Sanjeev Kapoor

Unarguably he is one of the most recognized faces of Indian television. He was inpeople’s living rooms for almost two decades introducing them to the delights of Indian and international cuisine in his inimitable easy going and cheery manner. The show Khana Khazana was one of those trailblazing cookery shows on Zee. Little wonder then that he has a massive fan following across all age groups, genders and countries! He has the proud distinction of being the only chef in the world to have his own channel – FoodFood. He has been conferred the ‘Best Chef of India’ award by the Government of India. He represented India in the World Association of Chefs’ Societies (WACS) in South Korea and here he introduced them to the wonders of the ancient Indian way of Ayurvedic cooking. He was the Indian ambassador for UN’s Clean Cook Stoves campaign for the underprivileged of developing countries. He represented India as a Food ambassador in Spain under the Spanish Government’s Indian Future Leaders Programme (IFLP). He has done cookery shows all over the globe with famous culinary personalities like Rachel Ray, Richard Quest and Rene Redzepi. In fact he is also known as the Rachel Ray of India. His website has more than 8500 proven recipes and it won the ‘Most Popular Website’ award last year. He is on the board of Singapore Airlines International Culinary panel. His YouTube channel sanjeevkapoorkhazana is very popular with over 3.6 lac subscribers.

Rajeev Matta taught Food Production, at The Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad for 12 years. Today many of his students occupy prominent positions, all over the country in the food industry. After his teaching stint, Matta joined Havmore in Ahmedabad, as GM Operations. He moved to Mumbai in 2000 where he joined hands with Chef Sanjeev Kapoor to start Khana Khazana India Pvt Ltd and has since then held various key positions in the company.
Currently, he is the CEO of SK Restaurants Private Limited, a fast-growing restaurant chain with 65 operational restaurants across the globe. He is a hard taskmaster and a perfectionist who loves things to be in a planned and structured manner. He firmly believes that restaurant business is all about managing people. His mantra for success? – Take care of your employees and they will take care of your guests!

Chef Pradipto Das

Handling the role of a Group Corporate Chef, Chef Pradipto Das supervises and provides guidance to all the other corporate chefs and franchisees at SK Restaurants.
Armed with a Diploma in Hotel Management from IHM Mumbai and 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he has earned his culinary experience under the guidance of some of the best chefs in the country and other renowned professionals from across the world.
Chef Pradipto has travelled around the world promoting Indian food and is also proficient in French, Italian, Chinese, South East Asian, Middle Eastern and other international cuisines.
Chef Pradipto strives for quality consciousness and business excellence and firmly believes that ‘If we don’t take care of our customers, somebody else will.’

His cooking secret is keeping the recipe simple and authentic with an interesting presentation. “The focus is not just on the food, but on the entire food eating experience” he says.
